Our Objectives CCH Property Company Limited is the commercial property investment and development arm of Clinton Devon Estates. Our objective is to continue to build on our portfolio of commercial property in England, primarily focused on the South West, by acquiring properties which add value to the local economy and communities. In addition to property investment the Company will consider selected development opportunities via joint ventures or partnerships with third parties. We aim to be at the cutting edge in terms of meeting the needs of the organisations and companies who occupy our property. Our desire is to work in partnership and deliver a professional service, building on the strong ethics, values and forward thinking approach we have taken in property management for over 500 years in Devon.
